Omnilog MT File Upload and Processing Interface [Details]

This interface was designed to upload and process template files and data files for single-plate Omnilog MT experiments. Processing consists of averaging the data for replicate wells and calculating the corresponding standard deviations. After you specify the filenames and click the Continue button at the bottom of this page, you will have the opportunity to view the processed data in several ways.

On the next page, you will have the option to upload the template and data files to the VIMSS EDR database and to create a Data Upload Report based on information in the template file. The advantage of using this interface to upload the files is that they will appear in the index of uploaded data files, and the report will appear in the list of Data Upload Reports. In addition, in the future, you will be able to search for the files using the Experimental Data Search interface. The search results page has a link to the same data viewers for averaged replicate data used by this interface.

This interface will not work as described if no template file is provided, or if the data file is not formatted correctly. The data file should be in csv format and should be the file output by the Omnilog instrument.

For more information about this interface, click on the Details link above.
