your contact information in the fields provided, then cut and paste a
text version of your complete résumé and cover letter. Your application
will go directly into our database.
“Add to Job Basket” jobs that interest you. While conducting a search of our job openings, place a check in the box at the left of the job number to apply specifically for that job. The résumé builder will reference those jobs when you apply.

Software Developer
The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) is seeking an experienced
Software Developer to work with members of the computational core and
data management team from the Department of Energy's Joint BioEnergy
Institute (JBEI) and the VIMSS DOE Genomics: GTL projects, Environmental
Stress Pathway Project (ESPP) and Protein Complex Analysis Project (PCAP). These
projects seek to understand the utility of bacteria and other microorganisms
to the development of biological energy alternatives and in the response
and survival to environmental stresses. Under the guidance
of the Principal Investigator, the selected individual will play a lead
role in developing and distributing software for comparative genome sequence
analysis of diverse experimental data generated by these projects, and
will participate in maintaining and developing the MicrobesOnline website
and database.
